Final meeting set for Orofino Action Plan

The final public meeting for the Orofino Action Plan is Thursday, Jan. 26, at 7 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chamber.

Following this meeting, the City Council, County Commissioners, School Board, CCEDC Board, Student Council/ManiYAC, Chamber Board, Rotary Club, Hospital Board, and other groups will be asked to formally adopt or endorse the Action Plan so that funding can be sought to implement the top priority action items.

Individuals or organization have not yet had an opportunity to review the final draft Action Plan and provide their input/changes can downloaded it from the Window on the Clearwater web site at the following link: http://www.windowontheclearwater.com/actionplan1-9-06.html.

Hard copies of the plan are available at city hall, chamber office, Clearwater Memorial Public Library and Orofino High School Library. Final changes will be made to the Action Plan based on the feedback received prior to and on Thursday evening.
