Tuesday: Chartered in 1913

Orofino Masonic Lodge #69 was chartered in 1913 and originally met in the Knights of Pythian Hall where the Helgeson Hotel now stands. They met there until 1916 when they moved to a building at the corner of A St. and College Ave. In September of 1936, they built a new building at the corner of A St. and Michigan Ave. The building faced Michigan. They used that building for several decades. The building now houses the Pizza Factory and Community Center.
