    3. Transfer of $56,681.22 from “Timber Funds” to District Property for the purpose of paying off the Sewer Treatment Plant at Timberline. (The District Property account has a negative fund balance of $43,654.50. This is due to the cost of the new Wastewater Treatment Plant at Timberline. There is a retainer still out for Rivervieew Construction in the amount of $13,026.72, as well. (we anticipate about $210-$220,000 in “Timber Funds” this year)
