Governor's Roundtable for Families and Children set April 26-27

"Together We Are Doing Great Things" Governor Dirk Kempthorne invites Idahoans to join the 7th annual Governor's Roundtable for Families and Children April 26-27 at Boise Centre on the Grove in downtown Boise.

Do not miss the opportunity to learn and connect with peers, share successes and resources and generate ideas and inspiration. There will be more than 35 workshops covering all age groups and many cultures, focusing on a variety of topics including: families and children, seniors, communities, substance abuse, mental health, health care, law enforcement, military and more.

Workshop topics include:

  • System of care for early childhood mental health
  • Endangered children
  • Working with abused children
  • Handling sensitive topics and risky behaviors
