OHS Boys Baseball team takes on Panthers

The Orofino High School Baseball team finished out the weekend tournament with a season record of two wins and five losses.

The Maniacs took on the Asotin Panthers in their final game of the tournament on Saturday, March 19. The Asotin Panthers scored four runs with four hits in the first inning, while the Maniacs were only able to score one run as Lucas Rouse crossed the plate with no hits. In the second inning Orofino was able to come back with two runs as Aaron Downing and Rouse scored. The Panthers were not able to score.

The Panthers came back and scored three runs in the third inning. Orofino had no runs in the third. Jarrod Mangum was the only scorer for Orofino in the fourth. Final score was Orofino four Asotin eight.

The Orofino High School Boys Baseball team will play the Clearwater Valley High School team on March 22 at OHS.
