Electrical damages residence

Orofino Fire Department responded to 446 Michigan for an electrical fire in a residence late Monday evening.

According to OFD Chief Mike Lee, the fire started in some wiring of the home owned by Julie Chenoweth and rented by Justin Hollibaugh. There was about $1,000 damage and no injuries.

Lee said nine fire fighters responded with two fire engines and one tender. They were on scene about 30 minutes.
