CYA plans free barbecue

Clearwater Youth Alliance (CYA) will hold a free community barbecue from 5:30-7 p.m. Aug. 20 at the Orofino City Park.

In conjunction with the barbecue, there will be free music, games from 5:30-11 p.m.

Sign-up for the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will begin at 5 p.m. and games will begin at 6 p.m. The cost is $60 per team with teams up to four members. Funds will benefit the ManiYAC Center. There will be men's and women's divisions and those from seventh grade through adult may participate. Maniac spirit items will also be for sale.
