Community invited to presentation

Clearwater County Substance Abuse Workgroup (CSAW) invites those interested in Clearwater County youth to the Krystal Cafe's banquet room Friday morning, April 7, at 8 a.m.

Janet Stork, director of Drug Free Noble County in Indiana, will share information on what worked (and didn't work) in their rural county in fighting against illegal drugs and, particularly, underage drinking.

Indiana State Representative Matt Bell states, "She is respected at the highest levels of state government for her leadership and ability."

Indiana District Superior Judge Mike Kramer, Drug-Free Noble County chairman for 15 years, highly recommends her "Too Smart To Start" program.

Stork is known specifically for helping coalitions customize what would work for their specific communities.

The program is scheduled until 11 a.m. Stork will be there beginning at 7:15 a.m. to meet those wishing to purchase breakfast before the 8 a.m. starting time.
