The time has come for law-abiding citizens, who own guns, to stop being treated like criminals.

I agree with Bill Sali when he says that the 2nd Amendment is clear and that all law-abiding citizens should have the right to keep and bear arms. Many of Idahoans are hunters who follow regulations, boundaries and seasons. Others are citizens who keep a firearm for protection or as a deterrent to crime. There are other reasons to carry, but all have two things in common: they obey the law and their rights are protected by the Constitution.

Still, some elected officials want to shave our 2nd Amendment rights and lump all gun-owners in with common criminals.

Sali understands the difference between a law-abiding citizen and a thug.

Idaho's law-abiding gun owners need to rally together and support Sali in his First District congressional race. There are other reasons to support him, but defending the Constitution has got to be near the top.

The NRA has given him an A+ rating since 1994 and has received their endorsement in every election since 1992. If that is not enough, he has received the endorsement from the Gun Owners of America. Vote for Bill Sali.
