Get computerized

The Adult Learning Center in the annex at Clearwater Memorial Public Library is offering several computer classes during October.

A "Beginning Computer Comfort" class is scheduled Monday, Oct. 24 from 1-2:30 p.m. By the end of the class, students will be familiar with basic computerese.

Having trouble getting into the Internet or sending an email? Consider attending "Internet & Email Use" class on Tuesday, Oct. 18, from 1-4 p.m.

In "Computer Comfort III WordPro", students can learn to use the computer to type personal correspondence and much more. This class is in two parts first on Monday, Oct.10, from 1-2:30 p.m. and again on Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 1-2:30 p.m.

A donation of five dollars per computer class is requested. Confidential tutoring and GED preparation services are also available at the center at no cost.

For information or to sign up for classes, call Terry at 476-4478, or drop by the Library Annex, the hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
