Orofino man injured in rollover

A young Orofino man received minor injuries in a one-vehicle rollover accident Sunday 2.5 miles from State Highway 11 on Hjalmar Johnson Rd., according to a Clearwater County Sheriff's Department report.

Jay Williams, 23, Orofino, was traveling too fast for road conditions and lost control of the vehicle while attempting to negotiate a 90-degree turn on Hjalmar Johnson Rd. north of Weippe. The vehicle rolled 1 1/2 times, the report said.
