Young man injured in accident

A juvenile received minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident Sunday on Eureka Ridge Rd., according to Clearwater County Sheriff's Department reports.

The driver, Chris Heiren, 16, Orofino, lost control, over corrected and lost complete control of the vehicle. The vehicle impacted the steep bank at least twice before coming to rest in the middle of the road.

Heiren was transported to Clearwater Valley Hospital where he was treated and released, the report said.
