Two arrested after high-speed chase on US Highway 12 A man and woman were arrested following a high-speed chase on U.S. Highway 12 Sunday night, according to Orofino Police Chief Vince Frazier. ![]() On March 8 at about 10:24 p.m., an Officer with the Orofino Police Department was conducting stationary traffic enforcement near mile marker 43 on US 12. The officer observed a 2015 Ford Taurus traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed.
