Two Lewiston residents identified as fatalities in Cold Spring Rd. fire

Two Lewiston residents have been identified as the deceased individuals found in a camper on Cold Springs Rd. off Loseth Rd. Saturday, according to Clearwater County Sheriff's Office.

As a result of the ongoing investigation and the completion of autopsies, victims of the fire that destroyed a camper and truck early Saturday have been identified as Jennifer Brink, 35, and Jeffrey Nelson, 36, both of Lewiston. The cause of death has been determined to be smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire is still under investigation CCSO and the Idaho State Fire Marshal's Office.

CCSO and Orofino Police Department officers were dispatched to the scene about 2:30 a.m. Saturday for a camper on fire. When officers arrived the camper and a truck were fully engulfed and a total loss. The two deceased individuals were found inside the camper, CCSO said.
