Log truck driver escapes injury in accident near Headquarter A log truck driver escaped injury in a log truck rollover accident at mile marker 1 on the 247 Rd. near Headquarters Monday morning, according to Clearwater County Sheriff's Office. At about 10 a.m., CCSO Deputies responded to scene. Sarah K. Ross, 20, Cottonwood, was driving on the 247 Road, toward Headquarters, when her load shifted. The logging truck began tipping toward the passenger side until the loaded logs broke free, causing the truck to roll over onto its side. The logging truck slid approximately 50 feet, before coming to a stop at the top of a 100 foot embankment, CCSO reported. Ross escaped out of the truck uninjured, and claimed to be wearing her seat belt. The logging truck suffered catastrophic damage and will most likely be a total loss, according to CCSO. >
