Wind blows barn roof into McIver Rd. blocking traffic

Sometime during the night of Nov. 17, a severe wind storm hit Clearwater County causing the roof of a barn to be blown off into McIver Rd. completely blocking traffic, according to Clearwater County Sheriff's Office.

The barn at 512 McIver Rd., off Cavendish Highway, is owned by Patrick Henderson. The complete barn roof flew approximately 100 feet through the air and landed upside down on McIver road causing total lane blockage, CCSO said.

The Clearwater County Road Department was notified and the debris will be removed sometime on Wednesday, Nov. 18. The road will be closed until all of the debris is removed, CCSO said.
