Dworshak discharge flows to increase early Saturday AHSAHKA - Water discharges from Dworshak Dam near Orofino, Idaho, will increase from 5,800 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 9,900 cfs on Saturday, Feb. 14, to manage the reservoir for seasonal flood-control-space objectives, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers water-management staff at the Walla Walla District announced Friday.
